Who are Ben, Hank, and Ralph?
The three pugs who run this company. Together they are the Grumble. Ben has final say, Hank handles snacks, Ralph watches butterflies. Nothing gets printed until all three approve it. Meet them on The Grumble page or at @TheGrumpyGrumbleATX.
Who decides what gets made?
The Grumble does. A design gets sketched, the three of them review it, and the ones they approve get printed. The ones they don't never leave the house.
When do new designs drop?
Whenever the Grumble approves something worth printing. We'd rather release one good design than four filler ones on a schedule. Follow us on Instagram or join the Grumble Dispatch and you'll know the moment something lands.
Where is my order made?
Each item is printed on demand at the production facility closest to you, then shipped straight to your door. That means no warehouses full of unsold stuff and no wasted product.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet, but it's on the list. Tell us where you are and we'll bump it up the priority ladder.
